各学院（系）、研究所，海岸和近海工程国家重点实验室：
根据人事处相关文件精神，学部学术委员会组织对各二级学科TOP10期刊目录进行了认定工作。经各二级学科组织讨论，报学部学术委员会审议，反复论证，确定了各二级学科TOP10期刊目录（其中排序前5的期刊为各二级学科TOP5期刊）。经学部党政联席会议通过，现予印发（见附件）。此次认定的期刊将作为在星海学者培育计划申报、引进人才特殊评审、青年教师破格竞聘正高级岗位等工作中对TOP期刊认定的统一标准。
